AFTERMARKET ADDITIVES

Our principal, Chevron Oronite is the preeminent supplier of fuel additive chemistry to aftermarket additive companies. We can supply the products, testing, performance claims, and packaging recommendations to help you achieve success in the fuel additive aftermarket industry.

Our most advanced gasoline detergent chemistry offers top-of-the-line Generation V performance with the power to clean up the entire fuel system from the carburetor or fuel injectors through to the exhaust valves and everything in between. Our fighting grade additive packages offer performance to cover the entire fuel detergency performance spectrum.

In addition to innovative gasoline additive technology, our principal also produce a powerful diesel fuel detergent specifically designed to deliver the highest level of detergency performance in both light- and heavy-duty diesel engines. We can combine this superb diesel detergent with any number of functional additives, such as lubricity improvers, cetane improvers, cold flow improvers, anti-gel additives, or fuel stabilizers, to produce a diesel fuel additive package offering any level of performance desired by our consumer.

These are the only two components needed to formulate an aftermarket package, the additive and a diluent solvent. Combining the additive and the solvent is quite simple. The appropriate amounts of the additive and solvent needed to create the type of package desired are introduced into a mixing or blending tank and mixed by agitation or recirculation. The additive/solvent solution can then be bottled on an automated bottling line similar to that used for motor oil or other automotive chemicals.

We can also offer assistance in testing to support product claims, and we can supply data to support the packages that our principal have developed specifically for the consumer aftermarket.
